If you have recently activated a Nebula Wireless service and decide that it is not right for you, you may cancel your service and receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) within seven (7) calendar days of activation. To qualify for a refund, you must have purchased a Nebula Wireless plan through our official website and complete their refund request form found on the Nebula Wireless “7 Day Money Back Promise” page. This policy is also known as the “7-day money back guarantee” or “7-day risk-free trial.”

It’s not necessary to physically return the SIM kit in order to cancel your service activation. However, any funds loaded into your account, including any unused data or international roaming, will not be refunded. Please note that you are not eligible for a refund for purchases made through third parties not described in this policy.
